Keyingham is a small, picturesque village on the Hull Peninsula in the East Riding of Yorkshire, located approximately nine miles from the centre of the city on the Hull to Withernsea road.

Just under 3000 people live in and around the village, which has a primary school, soon to undergo major refurbishment, a drama group and the town is home to the very active 1st Keyingham Guide Unit.

Days out offer wonderful country walks and varied areas of interest. There are numerous small lakes to the east of the village and the coast is only 15 minutes away. As well as the major city attractions offered by Hull, a mere 15 minutes to the West, the popular east coast resorts are not far away, with access to Grimsby and Lincolnshire via the Humber Bridge. Both the M62 and the A1, linking into the main motorway network, are within easy reach.

International travel is also well catered for, with Humberside Airport and the Port of Hull providing a convenient gateway to mainland Europe and the rest of the World.

Locally, there is a regular bus service along the A1033 Hull to Withernsea road.
