Meadow Fields is conveniently located at the crossroads between Hornsea, Hull (17 miles) and historic Beverley (7 miles). It offers all the advantages of a tranquil rural setting, yet is close to all the amenities you need.

The picturesque Hornsea town centre is only 4 miles away, and is a designated conservation area, with historic houses dating back to the 15th Century. It enjoys excellent shopping facilities and is located midway between the North Sea and the famous Hornsea Mere, the largest freshwater lake in Yorkshire. It also has a Freeport Shopping Centre and excellent leisure pursuit facilities.

Beverly, 7 miles to the west, with its outstanding medieval and Georgian architecture, is an historic market town famed for its Gothic Minster, Saturday Market and 300 year-old racecourse. It is also home to Beverley Grammar School, the oldest state school in England (founded 700AD). The town centre includes plenty of interest for the shopper, with antique shops and craft arcades sitting alongside a multitude of local shops.

For those interested in city life, the vibrant port city of Hull is only 17 miles away, with its wide variety of recreational centres including "The Deep", the magnificent world ocean discovery centre. It is also home to the famous Hull New Theatre and of course Hull Kingston Rovers. It is also a shopper's paradise.
